April 19th, 2025 Rally Recap
What happens when hundreds of people show up for one reason—to serve their neighborhood? You get more than a community event. You get transformation. You get hope.
On Saturday, April 19, the AB Palmer Rec Center was full of life, laughter, and connection. It was the first SCU Neighborhood Resource Rally of the year, and if you were there, you already know: it mattered.
A Rally That Meant More
With several nonprofit organizations, 100+ meals served, and dozens of volunteers, the atmosphere was electric. But beyond the numbers were the moments.
Each interaction was a seed of change.
You Made This Happen
We don’t take this lightly. These events don’t run on good intentions alone. They run on people like you—the ones who give, serve, cook, paint faces, set up tents, pray, play, and listen.
Thank you for showing up.
Want to Help Again?
Our next rally is on May 10 in Queensborough at Bilberry Park, and we’re looking for:
- Volunteers
- Nonprofit partners
- Mentors
- Hope-bringers
If that’s you, join us.
